THE IDEA BEHIND MULTIPLAY 2.0®
Conventional artificial grasses which are used for play or multigame areas all have one thing in common: every square meter of the grass needs to be filled with at least 25 kilos of sand. But this ruins the experience, because the children and sportsmen and women are playing on a bed of sand instead of grass.
So the engineers at GrassInc. developed a new concept: MultiPlay 2.0®. The idea was simple: lose the standard fibrillated yarn and implement a texturized monofilament yarn. By using this frizzy monofilament, we’ve reduced the amount of sand needed by 75%!
This way, we can offer a truly multifunctional surface for both play areas and multigame areas. With MultiPlay 2.0®, we can offer a similar level of resilience and playability as conventional systems, but without the disadvantage of feeling like you’re playing on sand.
THE MULTIPLAY 2.0® COLLECTION
The MultiPlay 2.0® Collection is available in 2 and 4 metre rolls. MultiPlay 2.0® comes with a standard pile length of 24mm. And thanks to the 19 stitches and face weight of 1kg per square metre, it offers the same characteristics as conventional systems, which makes it perfectly adaptable for public tenders as well.
Our MultiPlay 2.0® Collection is made in seven primary colors that you can choose from.

These colors are carefully chosen to match all colors used in popular playing fields. Of course, you can always let your imagination run free and create a unique multi play area of your own.

This high-end artificial grass is produced in our state of the art factory in the Netherlands. To ensure that our product is durable and longwearing, we only use 100% European raw materials, which also means our grass is guaranteed to be free of lead and cadmium.
Thanks to ingenious engineering, you won’t need nearly as much sand as you do with conventional systems. This results in an easy, fast and profitable installation.
MultiPlay 2.0® has also got an excellent level of UV stabilisation which protects the grass from the degrading influence of the sun, rain, frost and radiation. This guarantees a very natural look and feel for many years.
