GRASSINC IS ACQUIRED BY VICTORIA PLC

We are delighted to confirm the acquisition of GrassInc by Victoria PLC.

Victoria PLC is an international, high quality flooring specialist with around 1800 employees working from twelve sites in Europe and five sites in Australia.

Being part of such a successful group is an excellent strategic match, that will help GrassInc. to boost international sales even more. Still our their identity as well as their behaviour in the market place will remain unchanged.
